Whether you are looking for a place to spend a few nights for a weekend getaway to explore the famous Pawnee Buttes, a week to do some antelope hunting, or if you need longer term accommodations for your work commitments in the area, The Grover RV Park can meet all of your needs.
Grover, located in Northeastern Colorado, has a rich history. It was established in 1888 and it quickly grew into a thriving community due to the arrival of a cross county railroad system and soon boasted a population of close to 1,000 residents. Modern day Grover consists of a considerably smaller population and the railroad no longer runs through it, but Grover continues to thrive. It is the home of the Pawnee Coyotes for students K-12, which is the heart of our small community. Businesses in Grover include the Grover Market Basket and Deli, the United States Postal Service, Grover Regional Library and the Pawnee Fire Protection District, all located on Grover’s main street.
Grover is the gateway to two interesting tourist attractions, one is very old and the other is new. The Pawnee Buttes are an attraction that folks have been coming out to see for many years, and is definitely worth the drive. If you would like to see the latest in green energy and high technology, come out and tour the Cedar Creek Wind Farm, currently one of the largest windfarms in the United States.
Last but not least, Grover is the most famous for hosting The Earl Anderson Memorial Rodeo, a PRCA rodeo known as “The Biggest Little Rodeo in the West” which is held on Father’s Day weekend every year.
Come on out and see us!
